Charitable Purpose

To sustain the cultural events within the Parihaka Community focused around the tikanga of Puanga. Note: Puanga is the equivalent of Matariki in this region. This involves the acknowledging the rising of the star, Puanga (Rigel) over Taranaki Mounga and workshops around knowledge and understanding of this event marking the beginning of the Māori New Year
