Entity Structure

Community Trust with our head office in South Auckland. Our trust deed states that we must have at least half of board members to form a quorum. We currently have 5 Trustees that constitute our governance board, including 6 executive positions: Patron, President and Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Assistant Secretary.
