The Motorcycle Collective is a limited liability company with constitution stipulating charitable purpose. It is made up of one shareholder and three directors, and is supported by a team of volunteers to help fulfil its purposes. Team members are managed by the directors, and delegated responsibilities to fulfil the charitable purpose accordingly. This team includes the signatories for controlling and accounting for financial transactions.
