Charitable Purpose
The purpose of the Trust is to create, deliver, and promote opportunities, events and programmes that strengthen and develop Tokelauan and wider Pasifika cultural identity through educational pathways. To enhance the health, wellbeing and social outcomes for Pasifika communities.
Our purpose will be achieved through traditional and/or contemporary Pasifika knowledge systems. Events and activities may include initiatives, workshop programmes in communities, educational, national and international settings.

Entity Structure
The Board will comprise of no less than three (3) Trustees and no more than six (6) Trustees.
The General Manager will also form part of the
Trust. The named persons to this Deed will be the first Board. The Chairperson will be self-nominated until the AGM. The Secretary and Treasurer will be appointed from among themselves or from non-trust members.
