Charitable Purpose

Educating at risk youth, providing them with career pathways and a future. Providing Afterschool and holidayprogramme care for kids who do not fit in mainstream care. Through our programme we want tamariki to experience things they haven’t yet had the opportunity to do. To develop quality life experiences and discover their passion for a purposeful future. We want to transform tamariki from disadvantaged communities into future leaders with mana.

Entity Structure

Head office based in Hamilton. Operating out of low decile schools. We will have 3 trustees minimum. We will have a Managing Director which will run the charities business units and operate like any other business. The board will have meetings every term and discuss the future of the charity.
