Purpose & Structure
Charitable Purpose
The Club was established to encourage participation in cricket in secondary schools and create a pathway for continued participation in playing cricket for school leavers.
The objects of the Club are set out in clauses 2.1-4 of the Constitution. The charitable purposes of the Club are;
1. the advancement of education. The Club encourages sport, namely cricket, in association with secondary schools
2. the advancement of health through participation in sport

Entity Structure
The Club commenced as an unincorporated society in 1994 and on 7 December 2011 was registered as an incorporated society under number 2555766
The Club adopted new Rules registered on 25 November 2022 which provide for a Management Committee comprising the President, Secretary Treasurer and six Board members and one ex officio member. There is power to co-opt members to the Board. All members of the Board are unpaid.
