Entity Structure

Based in Auckland we are a group of people who care about young disabled people and want to keep them away from rest homes for rehab or living. Our constitution states we have a minimum of 5 officers. There are other entities keen to work with us to address the big gap in disabled people's accommodation. In a few months we have had over 100 members join us, we welcome members. We are close to Wellington and Christchurch Laura Fergusson entities however we are not affiliated.

Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.

Note: Charities that use the Tier 4 Combined Form to file their annual returns do not need to file their financial statements separately. The financial statements are included in their annual return summary.
