Entity Structure

The entity has been set up as a Trust. Initially there is one trustee with the intention to add more trustees up to a maximum of 5 trustees. The trustees will form a Board whose function will be making decisions about how to exercise the powers set out in the trust deed to carry out its charitable purposes.
