Entity Structure

The Society is governed by a Board consisting of between five and nine members of the Society. A Society member may be an individual or a company or organisation admitted to membership under the rules. Where commercial or tourism operators have committed to becoming regular donors, they may be admitted as members. The Board will engage an independent, reputable funds manager to manage donated funds, and also with a separate body to decide the allocation of funds among the conservation causes.
