Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Providing general support in a range of ways to those in need in the greater Nelson Tasman region, including, but not limited to: providing support to rape victims, providing mental health support, sourcing school uniforms, clothing and food for those struggling financially. Providing support to people with court matters. Assisting people in completing daily tasks required for day-today life including opening bank accounts, applying for driver's licenses and any other matters required.

Entity Structure

We have no main office. Our trust deed states that we must have no less than two, or no more than four trustees. We currently have two trustees that consitute our governance board. Executive positions of chair and secretary are still to be appointed. We are not affiliated with any other body or organisation.
