Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to provide kaupapa Māori social, health and educational initiatives for the communities of Te Tauihu and Te Waipounamu aimed at promoting cultural confidence, whānau transformation, and empowering positive change.

Entity Structure

Our head office is based in Blenheim. Our trust deed states that the board shall consist of no fewer than 3 nor more than 4 Trustees. We currently have four Trustees that constitute our governance booard.
