Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Society aims to support the Somaliland community in New Zealand by providing a range of services, including social services, sports programs, cultural and artistic programs, festivals, and programs for older members of the community. Additionally, the organization hopes to promote greater understanding and recognition of Somaliland within New Zealand, as well as advocate for financial support for climate change issues

Entity Structure

At the moment we have a head office in Wellington. Since we are new, we intend to extend our services to other regions in NZ. At the momemnt we have four committee members, namely a President, Vice President, Secretary and a Treasury. We also have a technical advisor abd administratrive person voluteering.
