Charitable Purpose

Support, educate and relief poverty of people, especially children in the Asian community of New Zealand and to support the development of the Asian community in New Zealand. To support and take care of the well-being of women and elderly people in the Asian community in New Zealand.

Entity Structure

We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our trust deed stipulates that we must have at least three trustees and no more than five trustees. We currently have four trustees that constitute our governance board.
