TE PAI TĀWHITI|OUR VISION: Whanau led solutions to access & own affordable warm dry sustainable eco-homes. Te Ohu aspires HHRC aspires to deliver housing programmes and initiatives with solutions across the Māori housing and social housing continuum. This includes providing emergency, transitional, social, healthy homes initiatives, home ownership, and renewable sustainable solutions to suit non-reticulated and/or no access to infrastructure. TE KAUPAPA|OUR PURPOSE: Increase supply of healthy affordable & sustainable eco-homes for Hokianga whānau. HHRC was established as a Charitable Trust for the purpose of finding ways to "increase supply of healthy affordable homes for Hokianga whānau." NGĀ WHĀINGA|OUR GOALS: 1. Tū Rangatiratanga: Strategically embed sustainable eco-housing development aligned with SDG's impacts. 2. Kāinga Oranga|Outcomes for Whānau: Improve equity, work with Communities, and Improve whānau, whenua, & whare wellbeing. 3. Whai Rawa|Business: Embed best practices.
