Charitable Purpose

The Happy You...!! Theatre Company Charitable Trust will provide the facilitation of: - Providing opportunities for those who have been involved in the criminal justice system in some way, shape or form to participate in a transformative process - Share the benefits of Forum Theatre by taking performances to the masses - Be a catalyst for positive change for at risk communities (including youth) who may not ordinarily have access to such opportunities

Entity Structure

The Happy You...!! Theatre Company Charitable Trust Board of Trustees provides governance for theatre company's charitable purpose. Our trust deed states that we will comprise of no less than three Trustees and no more than five. We currently have five Trustees including three executive positions: chairperson, treasurer and secretary.
