Entity Structure

NetNZ Charitable Trust is the sole shareholder of NetNZ Limited. Trustees are elected by its membership and teachers directly involved with NetNZ. Trustees appoint the Directors of NetNZ, with a minimum of the three trustees of NetNZ Charitable Trust are also acting as directors on the board of NetNZ Limited. The two entities already effectively act in tandem as a single organisation, with aligned goals and operational staff working for both.
