Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

- To assist woman entering the film industry, with an emphasis on outdoor and adventure film, - To draw exposure to underrepresentation of females in the industry, - To create an opportunity and provide exposure for brands and funders that want to support film projects run by female filmmakers - To create a pathway and connect woman with mentors in the industry, and - Without restricting the scope of the foregoing, to take such action as shall be necessary to fulfil the purposes.

Entity Structure

The Board of Trustees ("the Board") shall consist of not less than three (3) members. The initial members of the Board shall be the signatories to this Deed and their term will expire on the third anniversary of their appointment. Unless otherwise specified in this deed each member of the Board shall hold office for a term of two years, or until she or he dies, or is declared bankrupt, or shall have his or her property affairs managed under the Protection of Personal and Proper
