Charitable Purpose
The purpose of the Trust will be to promote excellence in journalism. In particular the Trust will:
3.1 organise the annual Chinese language media awards;
3.2 promote the Trust’s principles through being a watchdog; and
3.3 provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.

We have a head office based in Auckland, with five branches in the greater Waikato area. Our trust deed states that we must have between 3 and 15 Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: president and trustees.
