Charitable Purpose

For the mitigation of the adverse effects associated with the operation of the airport which are not covered by the Wellington Airport Quieter Homes programme; To improve and restore the natural environment within the Eastern Ward; to support educational opportunities within the Eastern Ward; to support and promote initiatives benefitting the Eastern Ward through the provision of education, relief of poverty and other charitable purposes beneficial to the community.
