Entity Structure

Our organisation works out of our physical address in Porirua. Our deed states that we must have between 4 and 8 board members as trustees. We have four first trustees who constitute our governance board and we meet to discuss the implementation board of our purpose. Currently we share the roles and responsibilities of chair, secretary and treasurer ensuring good effective communication.
