• To initiate, promote, collaborate, support, manage and coordinate inter-ethnic cultural Community Activities within the Whau region, and in alignment with the principles of the treaty of Waitangi, for the benefit of the ethnic communities
• To achieve vibrant, dynamic neighbourhoods with strong community connections.
