Charitable Purpose

To empower youth and adults throughout New Zealand by enhancing their skills and overall well-being so that they become self-sufficient and sustain employment. To provide training, experience and mentoring to support candidates to transition off benefits and to obtain important skills for achieving and sustaining full-time employment, and to benefit the wider community by enhancing the overall health and wellbeing of candidates who may have suffered hardship.
