Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Purpose: To establish a biodiverse nature reserve with a sculpture trail telling the stories of Aotearoa New Zealand’s extinct wildlife, on Cape Wanbrow, the headland overlooking Oamaru Harbour. Our plan calls for removing pine trees and exotics, replanting native trees and shrubs, improving the tracks and extending predator control, along with installing a unique set of sculptures created by local artists, in consultation with our local iwi.
