Charitable Purpose

The HMWCCG is established exclusively for charitable purposes to advance environmental protection and conservation for the benefit of the public. The purpose is to protect, restore & enhance the natural environment of Hikaroroa/Mt Watkin area. This is primarily through pest and predator control. We also promote environmental education and community involvement in conservation activities. All activities are for the benefit of the public, and all funds are applied to support charitable purposes.
