WAGS Rescue NZ exists to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, neglected, and unwanted animals. The organisation relieves animal suffering through veterinary care, foster placement, rehabilitation, and responsible adoption, provides sanctuary care where rehoming is not appropriate, and promotes animal welfare and responsible ownership through community education and collaboration.
