Whakamana Hauora is a Māori-based community organisation providing inclusive, culturally grounded fitness and wellbeing services. We support the holistic health of whānau through programmes that integrate Te Reo Māori and tikanga, welcoming all ages from rangatahi to pakeke. Our kaupapa also nurtures local leadership and builds community capability to promote lifelong wellbeing and connection.
