Ngāti Kahungunu reset our 25 year vision to 2050. Kainga (Housing) is one of the top 5 priorities in this strategic plan. Kahungunu Kainga is the entity that will bring the housing aspirations for Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi to life. The intentions are to house our people affordable, warm, and culturally-grounded housing developments. This requires a multi-faceted approach that will prioritise ; • Increase access to healthy, accessible and affordable housing solutions for our people (including rentals
