The trust will deliver structured, prevention-focused programmes for young men aged 16–24 in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Trust addresses a critical gap in youth development services: the lack of male-specific, early-intervention programmes that build identity, purpose, and leadership during the highest-risk years of a young person's life. The Trust delivers two core programmes, Shift Momentum and Shift Elevate, built around a three-phase model: Identity, Direction, and Ownership.
