Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To enhance the wellbeing of all those affected by sexually transmitted infections. We will achieve our vision through maintaining a consumer focus, raising awareness of sexually transmitted infections, strengthening support networks, promoting education programmes and enabling optimal clinical management.

Entity Structure

Board of Directors: Our constitution states that we must have no less than two Directors. We currently have seven Directors who constitute the governance board. Our operations are managed by a team of six individuals all contracted on a part-time basis. This includes an Executive Director, three Administrators & Digital Communications Assistants, and two Nurse Counsellors who manage our sexual health helpline. We also have an Advisory Board and several clinical professionals who provide input.
