Charitable Purpose

Our mission is to provide direct support to families of autistic children, by providing them with professional advice and services, to manage the emotional and practical impacts of autism. Our vision is to enable autistic children to have the ability to lead rewarding and meaningful lives within their families and the community, now and in the future.

Entity Structure

CAF is governed by a Board of Trustees, including Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. Trustees are nominated at board meetings and ratified at each AGM. In the governance structure, the Executive Committee carries out the functions of policy development, strategic planning, financial accountability and the appointment and supervision of the General Manager. CAF employs two full-time staff, two part-time, and one casual staff, to administer and deliver the services.
