Entity Structure

Merivale Community Incorporated consists of the governing Board and a local residents committee. The governing Board employs and oversees the General Manager, who manages staff (ie Social worker, Youth Workers), as well as a large contingent of volunteers. Board members are appointed at the discretion of the Board or elected at the AGM. Merivale Community Incorporated works in close partnership with other organisations in the community.
