Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

We are a retirement village providing 10 modestly priced houses that are affordable for super annuitants and retired people to enable them to have a comfortable lifestyle and enjoy the benefits of a complex where costs are kept to a minimum. To do whatever may seem helpful to those people of advanced age, irrespective of race, creed or religious affiliation.

Administered by a Board of Trustees known as Kihikihi Presbyterian Village Trust Board, consisting of not less than 4 or more than 8 trustees. We currently have 8 trustees, including 3 executive officer positions. All members are nominated and approved by St Andrews Presbyterian Church Council.
