Charitable Purpose

'The Objects of the Trust are set out in Section 4 of the Trust Deed. These include: (i) Furthering the religious, charitable , and educational purposes of the Church and Parish. (ii) Act as an agent for the Vestry in the management, maintenance and development of the St Michael's site. This includes the preservationof the Hertage buildings and fabric e.g. the organ and thestained glass windows. (iii) Management of income, rents and levies received in relation to the operation of the St Michael's site. (iv) Acting in relation to St Michael's Church School as agents of vestry (as the proprietors). This includes the provision and replacement of buildings and capital and/or structural alterations to existing buildings. It also includes insuring the School buildings and the exterior maintenance of the School buildings. (v) Provision of other support and assistance to the Parish (CC52507) andSt Michael's Church School (CC37422) as may be consistent with the charitable objects of th

Entity Structure

'The Trust was created by a Trust Deed dated 20 September 1999 and is administered by a Board of Trustees comprising six members, including the Vicar, only one of whom may be from outside the Parish membership. The members of the Trust are appointed by the Vestry. The Trust reports to the Vestry and the School Board.
