Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

5.1.1 To facilitate the selection and commissioning of sculpture for installation in public areas. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase from time to time of sculpture to be donated to the Nelson and Tasman Region and to be located in public places in the Region

Entity Structure

The Trust shall be administered by Trustees, together operating as the Board of Trustees . The Board shall have a minimum of three and a maximum of seven Trustees. The Board will annually elect a chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary and a treasurer, or combined secretary-treasurer. Income shall be paid or applied towards the Charitable Objects of the Trust
