Entity Structure

The shares in the Company are held by The High Country Medical Trust. The Company has a directorate of s local Directors bringing a range of business and medical experience to the table. We have a General Manager who is responsible to the Board for the day to day running of the Medical Centre. The doctor and head nurse report to the General Manager
