Charitable Purpose

To provide a dividend to its sole shareholder, the Maniapoto Fisheries Trust to use for charitable purposes benefiting Ngati Maniapoto whether it relates to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion or any other matter beneficial to the community of Ngati Maniapoto and all the members of Ngati Maniapoto irrespective of where those members reside and for every Charitable Purpose benefiting: (a) Maori who are not Members of Ngati Maniapoto; and (b) members of the community generally.
