At St Chad’s we seek to be an open, welcoming and supportive Christian community where people of all ages can find a sense of belonging. We are committed to growing in our own faith as well as reaching out beyond ourselves in love and care to the wider community.

Entity Structure

St Chad's was a Cooperating Venture between the Anglican and Methodist Churches falling under the auspices of UCANZ. However, during 2019 the Church Council proposed that we become a wholly Anglican Church and the members agreed this formally at a Special General Meeting on 22nd September 2019. With effect from 1st January 2020 St Chad's will change it's name to Saint Chad's Anglican Church and become a part of Auckland Anglican Diocese.
