The purpose of the trust is to raise funding, receive, hold, manager and administer the trust fund for every charitable purpose benefitting the members of the community that are homeless and without regular accommodation.

We have a head office based at the office of Jo Wickliffe, Barrister, Level 3, Cathedral House, 48-52 Wyndham Street, Auckland 1010. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and six Trustees. As at 31 March 2020 we had three Trustees.
