Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: i) relieving poverty by providing affordable housing for older people; and ii) benefitting the community by providing, managing and supervising housing and accommodation of all kinds for the relief, maintenance, support and welfare of persons who are aged, socially disadvantaged, in circumstances of social need or lonely, and in particular such older persons who seek companionship in a shared home in the local community.
