Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

The construction, maintenance, purchase or redevelopment of any of the existing or future buildings of the church and ancillary buildings; for furthering the mission and ministry of the Church in New Zealand: for such other charitable purposes within New Zealand directly or indirectly associated with or relating to the church as the trustees shall determine and the Vestry approves.
